Cost of War

DemocracyNow reports on the high rate of suicide in the military. For the 2nd year in a row the deaths from suicide in deployed troops exceeded the combat related deaths. Juan Gonzalez quotes a Veterans Administration document stating that among veterans on average there are 30 suicide attempts EVERY day with 18 successful.
